Jeff Sandoz

Jeff Sandoz, Ph.D. is a mental health counselor specializing in the addictions and family therapy. His teaching experience has spanned over 25 years; culminating as Dean/Associate Professor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he was honored with the Teacher Excellence Award and the American Mental Health Counselor Association’s Researcher of the Year Award. His first book focuses on the spiritual experience in recovery while his second book examines the use of myth as metaphor in addiction counseling.
