Tom May

For nearly 50 years, Tom May has toured across the U.S. and beyond-in grand concert halls, coffeehouses, festivals and clubs- from opening concerts for Gordon Lightfoot in the 70's, establishing his own nationally syndicated radio broadcast in the 80's, ( still going!) to founding and producing Portland's largest annual folk music concert, "Winterfolk" in the 1990's.

He has released 14 albums that have received extensive airplay in North America and overseas. His songs are eloquently accompanied stories of geography, history, wine, romance and politics that have enthralled thousands.

His newest album was released in 2018, "A Road Worth Driving Down"

His book "Promoting Your Music, The Lovin of the Game" (2007)- featuring interviews with Gordon Lightfoot, Eliza Gilkyson, and others- is published by Routledge, Madison Ave., New York.
