I'm an Australian Psychologist and all my books are about creating the mindset you need to be the best you can be.

In my 20's I played first class cricket before retiring early to pursue a career as a Performance and Organisational Psychologist.

My career highlights include three times Chief Psychologist to the Australian Olympic Team, Consultant to the ICC Academy and Australian Test Cricket Team, Advisor / Designer with PwC’s Asia Pacific Strategic Change practice and Founder of Consulting firm Think One Team Consulting.

My most recent book is Toolkit for Turbulence coauthored with Martin Bean CBE. This is quite a read - featuring fifteen top leaders as co-creators - unpacking the mindset, tools and practices used by business leaders to navigate the volatile and unpredictable business world. My typical week includes facilitating and coaching senior leaders and teams from a diverse spread of enterprises, and writing and designing tools for playbooks and toolkits.
