David Hoyle

David Hoyle is a Governance Cartographer whose work explores the structures and assumptions that shape organisational and institutional life, making sense of the hidden patterns that lie beneath. A retired quality‑management professional, he is the author of the ISO 9000 Quality Systems Handbook, now in its seventh edition and widely used by practitioners, educators, and standards developers around the world.
