Annalee Allen

Annalee Allen is a weekly columnist with the Oakland Tribune, writing on topics that include local landmarks, tours, and history. Annalee manages the Oakland Tours Program for the city of Oakland, and recruits, trains, and supports the efforts of volunteer guides of historic downtown Oakland, CA. Annalee serves on boards and commissions, including the Alameda County Historical Society, the Pardee Home Museum, and the Alameda County Parks, Recreation & Historical Commission. Annalee is the author of "Oakland," Arcadia Publishing's historic postcards series, and "Selections from the Oakland Tribune Archives," Arcadia's Images in America series.
