Stephen Joseph

Stephen A. Joseph, PhD, is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Nottingham and a Fellow of the British Psychological Society. As a research expert in human flourishing, as well as a coaching psychologist and psychotherapist, he brings years of experience, scholarship, and wisdom to his writings.

Stephen is widely known for his writings in positive psychology and on topics such as authenticity, posttraumatic growth, and psychotherapy.
