Joe has over 34 years’ experience in integrated branding and marketing. In 1994, he and Lynn Parker co-founded Parker LePla, to practice ground breaking and results-oriented approaches to brand development and marketing communications. Through the years, the agency has served national and international clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, public sector, non-profit, professional services, and small business.

In the early 1990s, Joe created the concept and coined the term “integrated branding” in conjunction with Lynn Parker. He co-authored the best selling Integrated Branding: Becoming Brand Driven Through Companywide Action, and Brand Driven: The Route to Integrated Branding Through Great Leadership.

Joe is a frequent speaker at universities, conferences and seminars where he helps executives understand how to live their brands, and measure and fine-tune results through brand metrics and dashboards. Most recently, he has spoken at the Advanced Learning Institute Internal Branding Conference.
