I am an internationally published children's author and love connecting with my readers. I've written around 130 books largely series such as Ballerina Dreams and School Friends and novels such as Billie and the Parent Plan and Code Breaker.

My most recent series is SEARCHLIGHT with book 1:THE ROCK, book 2: TREASURE HUNT and book 3: CARRION CROW already published. Book 4: THE CAPTURE is coming out in early July 2026 and books 5 and 6 will follow after that. The books feature Finola and Zane who are twelve year old alien twins trying to find their father on Earth whilst keeping under the radar of those who want to capture them to steal their teleporting skills. I feel very close to my two protagonists and really hope they don't get captured! Wearing another hat I also write Primary School music resources and wearing both hats at once, I have narrated my latest picture book 'Peter and the Timber Wolf' at around 50 concerts largely with Kidenza orchestra playing the well known Prokofiev music. I am regularly invited to give author presentations in international schools as well as the UK, and love to see the smiling faces of 4-5 year olds dancing to my song The Boogie Bugs, as much as to see a hall full of Year 6s learning a body percussion piece with me.
