Ginger Sinsabaugh

Ginger Sinsabaugh is known as a barista of bad, grinding up life's crappy moments into something good. It started with a mid-life divorce that began with a cup of Copi Luwak coffee in Southwest Asia and ended in Northern Wisconsin, spanning thirteen time zones and two years.

Ginger is affectionately known as Professor Hamburger by her students in Kunming, China where she teaches English to Chinese speaking adults, students and beginners. Along with teaching credentials, Ms. Sinsabaugh has training in WIDA (Measure of Developing

English Language), remote teaching experience and has judged several English-speaking competitions in Yunnan.
