Matt Faulkner

Award winning children's book author and illustrator Matt Faulkner graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design. With over 30 illustrated books to his credit, Matt enjoys working on projects both historical and fantastical in nature. His most recent author/illustrated graphic novel GAIJIN: AMERICAN PRISONER OF WAR (Little/Brown) won the Amercian Library Association’s Asian/Pacific award. Matt is married to author and children’s librarian, Kristen Remenar. They worked together to create the picture book GROUNDHOG’S DILEMMA (Charlesbridge).
