I am Larry Robbins,M.D., author of a number of headache books; this latest, Advanced Headache Therapy, has hundreds of clinical pearls and guidelines for various headache treatments, including sections on "what to do when nothing works". I wrote this for doctors and patients, honing in on advanced treatments for difficult to treat headaches.
