Corey S. Powell

Corey S. Powell is Editor at Large at DISCOVER magazine and the acting Editor in Chief of American Scientist magazine. He is a freelance contributor to Slate, Popular Science, Smithsonian, and Nautilus. He is also a visiting scholar in NYU’s SHERP science journalism program, and a collaborator with Bill Nye (yes, The Science Guy himself) on their new book Undeniable: Evolution and the Science of Creation. Corey lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters.
