Writing humorous short stories and adventure novels, mountain bike cycling, road cycling, watching pro cycling (Go Lance!), Formula 1 season on TV and leaning on the fence at Albert Park Melbourne(Go Michael!), walking my Whippet, Great Ocean Road and on the beach, plus cycling in the open country free from petrol-guzzling vehicles of any size. Oh, there's another thing, driving my Astra on empty country roads in Australia (they're mostly empty by UK standards, and I'm happy to not be living there any more). And another thing, I love spotting UK visitors to Australia; they stand by the highways photographing the empty dual highways! Did I mention the WARM weather that I love here? No? That is because I am very happy not to be digging snow any more to get out of my house as I did in the UK; I used to walk, cycle and drive in it, not any more, mate! Come and have a look down in Oz.
