Jane Applegate

Jane Applegate is an award-winning columnist, journalist and producer of several award-winning independent films. The author of four books on small business success, Applegate teaches the business of film at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema at Brooklyn College. Her mission is to help filmmakers in every phase of their careers to make better films with less stress and less money.

Applegate provides individual career and production consulting services through her Showbizing.com company. She teaches production workshops for New York Women in Film and Television, the Producers Guild of America and the Women Independent Producers.
