Robert E. Lawless

Robert E. Lawless has passionately devoted his entire professional career to the financial services industries serving such roles as Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for public and private, domestic and international investment companies managing billions of dollars of assets. Mr. Lawless has spent the last 20+ years working within and overseeing both public and private investment related entities that raise and manage billions of dollars of investment capital. Mr. Lawless has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University, a BS in Business from Sacred Heart University and a BS in Accounting from St. Leo's University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Mr. Lawless also holds or has held the Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.
