John Aquino

John T. Aquino is a Washington, D.C.-based author, publisher, and attorney. He has been editor/publisher of magazines, books, and newsletters for the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, Music Educators National Conference, Mortgage Bankers Association, the Environmental Industry Associations, and American Lawyer Media. For ten years, he was a senior legal editor for Bloomberg BNA.

He is the author of 4,000 articles. His books include Truth and Lives on Film: The Legal Problems in Depicting Real Persons and Events in a Fictional Medium and The Radio Burglar: Thief Turned Cop Killer in 1920s Queens. His short fiction had appeared in numerous anthologies. He is a member of the National Press Club and the Mystery Writers of America,.
