Stuart A. Schlegel

Stu Schlegel is an anthropologist who spent nearly two years in the mid-1960s in a Philippine rainforest with the Teduray people (known until recently as "Tiruray) -- and wishes he could have never left!

He wants anyone who is interested to read about the stunningly beautiful culture of these non-violent and totally egalitarian people, so has put both his fairly technical books up, in paperback or Kindle, at the lowest possible price. Also available on Amazon (put up by U of GA Press) is a popular account to his experience with the Teduray, titled "Wisdom from a Rainforest: The Spiritual Journey of an Anthropologist." Enjoy!
