Debashis Sarkar

Debashis Sarkar is one of Asia's foremost experts in organisational improvement and the Managing Partner at Proliferator Advisory & Consulting, serving clients across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

A Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), he has been recognised by the Journal of Engineering Research as one of the top 50 contributors to the field of quality management.

He is also the author of several books and the recipient of numerous awards, including the Phil Crosby Medal, the Quality Champion - Platinum Award from the Quality Council of India, and the Simon Collier Award.
