Gary S. Lesser

Gary S. Lesser, a former IRS Tax Law Specialist, is a nationally known consultant, author, educator, and speaker on retirement plans.

Gary is the technical editor and a contributing author of the HSA Answer Book, Roth IRA Answer Book, SIMPLE, SEP and SARSEP Answer Book, Individual Retirement Account Answer Book, 457 Plan Answer Book, Quick Reference to IRAs, Life Insurance Answer Book for Qualified Plans and Estate Planning and Basic Accounting Simplified. He is also a technical editor and contributing author of The Adviser's Guide to Health Savings Accounts and The CPA's Guide to Retirement Plans for Small Businesses, as well as, several video courses published and produced by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Gary graduated from New York Law School and received his B.A. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States Tax Court.
