I must give a warning for this book (The Enisled Man), due to its often harrowing content. It is absolutely not for children, which is why I rewrote it - to make sure (vocabulary wise) that they'd have little chance of understanding it. The Bible terrified me when I read it as a youngster; yet that work doesn't hold a candle to the reality that I point out in my novel. If you feel that God and religion are just made up then this book will liberate you, but if you have faith then it may not, it may, in all likelihood cause you distress. If I had my way then the only people who would read this novel would be those rare creatures who are truly comfortable with regarding themselves as evolved, mortal, cerebral animals. But alas, we human beings are wonderfully, terribly curious entities.
This is not reverse psychology, just a quick explanation regarding the book's many, and varied horrors. I think the best way for me to describe it is by pointing out that the novel is akin to an animal attack. Yet this tome is very much necessary, and more effective, when no punches are pulled.
Fair winds everyone, and stay safe.
