James T. O'Reilly

Professor Jim O'Reilly has authored more than 40 books and 175 articles since 1976, including texts on government regulation,safety, labor and environmental issues. He teaches at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and formerly chaired the 16,000-member Section of Administrative Law of the American Bar Association. His work has been quoted as "expert" by the U.S. Supreme Court and has been widely cited by state and federal appeals courts. As Vice Mayor of a small Ohio city, he is involved with government reform projects and chairs the law library board for Hamilton County, Ohio. He is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Virginia.
