Trevor Eddolls

A popular speaker and blogger, Trevor Eddolls headed up the iTech-Ed Group, which comprised the mainframe and IT consultancy, iTech-Ed Ltd, the personal goal-focused arm, iTech-Ed Hypnotherapy, and the training company, SFHplus.

Trevor was clinical director at iTech-Ed Hypnotherapy in Chippenham, Wiltshire. He is a hypnotherapy master practitioner, a solution-focused supervisor, and an NLP master practitioner. He has a qualification in CBT and a diploma in Mindfulness. He is a qualified Life Coach, and has a diploma in positive psychology and another in nutrition. In addition, he has a diploma in paediatric hypnotherapy and diploma in play therapy. He has written sixteen books on hypnotherapy and numerous articles. He has also written a number of blogs and given presentations on hypnotherapy. Trevor has successfully worked with clients for things like stress and anxiety, depression, phobias, becoming non-smokers, weight management, and performance - including Olympic-standard athletes.

Trevor chaired the Virtual IMS, Virtual CICS, and Virtual Db2 user groups. He was editorial director for the Arcati Mainframe Yearbook, and for many years edited Xephon’s Update publications. Trevor has an extensive 40-year background in mainframes and IT, and was recognized as an IBM Champion from 2009 to 2025 for his continued leadership and contributions to the IBM technology community. He's written numerous technical articles and published three mainframe-related books. He's an accomplished Web designer and a recognized social media expert.
