Peter Benjamin Seel

Dr. Peter B. Seel is Professor of Communication Technology in the Department of Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University in the U.S.A. He is the co-author of two books on digital television technology and his most recent book, "Digital Universe" (from Wiley-Blackwell), is about global digital telecommunication and the diffusion of the Internet. He is the author of numerous articles, book chapters, and conference papers on telecommunication technology and new media. His primary research interests are centered on the diffusion of telecommunication technology and emerging global developments in digital television and augmented/virtual reality.
