John G. Seamon

John Seamon is an emeritus professor of psychology at Wesleyan University where he taught and published research articles on human memory for over 40 years. His most recent book, written for a general audience, focuses on the use of popular films as a way of understanding how memory works, why it occasionally fails, and what can be done to help maintain it as we age. He won Wesleyan’s Binswanger Prize for Excellence in Teaching in 2009.
