Bing He

Poet and artist, Bing writes both in Chinese and English. Born in Beijing, China and is now living in Ottawa, Canada. She has published Chinese prose in newspapers and journals in China and North America. Her first English poetry book “Alphabetic Zen” has attracted much attention since its publication in 2005 and has brought her interviews with CBC, Radio Canada International and Xinhua News Agency. She has received art grants on visual art and poetry from the City of Ottawa. Her paintings have been exhibited in art galleries.
