He Li

Dr. He Li is a professor of political science at Merrimack College, Massachusetts. He has written widely in his field, with articles in leading scholarly journals and five books to his credit. Dr. Li has also been a Fulbright Senior Research Scholar in Taiwan (2004) and China (2015) and the recipient of major research grants and fellowships from organizations including the Ford Foundation, the Henry Luce Foundation, the Tinker Foundation, and the Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange.
