Marilyn Diamond was the first health pioneer to bring mainstream America the message that diet and health are connected, breaking new ground as the originator, underwriter and co-author of Fit for Life, the fourth bestselling book of the 1980’s and the first million seller for Warner Books.

Her tireless role as model and spokesperson in countless television appearances prior to the Internet drove Fit for Life to the Top 25 Bestselling Books in History List in 1986 and earned Marilyn the love and respect of a vast health-seeking, anti-aging and longevity international audience.

Marilyn has authored or co-authored six other books since Fit for Life, and she returns today to break new ground again with Young for Life: The No-Diet, No-Sweat Plan to Look and Feel 10 Years Younger (Rodale Books, April 2013) This coming year, Marilyn will highlight the PBS Young for Life Pledge Drive from August 2013 to September 2014.
