Melissa Eisler is an executive coach (MCC) and Partner at Evolution, where she helps senior leaders navigate complexity, scale impact, lead with intention, and build high-performing, values-aligned teams. Her approach combines strategic advisory support with candid feedback and a results-driven coaching process to help leaders strengthen communication, deepen emotional intelligence, and build cultures of trust and accountability.

She has coached hundreds of executives, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders across startups, nonprofits, B Corps, and Fortune 500 companies. Clients describe her as a trusted coach and direct yet compassionate advisor who brings clarity and drives meaningful change.

Melissa specializes in executive coaching, immersive leadership offsites, and workshops focused on productive communication, feedback-rich cultures, resilience through change, and sustainable performance. Prior to coaching, she spent 15 years in senior corporate leadership roles, guiding teams through IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and rapid growth.

She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego, a BA in Journalism/Communication from Lehigh University, and a Master Coach Credential (MCC) through the ICF. When she’s not coaching or writing, Melissa enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking, playing guitar, and spending time with her family.
