From Iowa, Dr. Jeff Langholz is an award winning teacher and researcher. He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell and led the research effort behind the historical novel “Hold Strong”.
Nicknamed “Zorba” by friends (after “Zorba the Greek”) Jeff lives a passionate, adventure-filled life. He has been a Fulbright Scholar in South Africa, a tree farmer in Central America, a rice farmer in West Africa, and a salmon fisherman in Alaska.
Jeff lives along a rural stretch of the Monterey Bay (California) with his wife, kids, dog, and several semi-feral cats. His hilarious dog has a viral YouTube video with millions of views.
