I have an MBA but use it only in emergencies. When there are no emergencies, I am writing, reading, co-leading the KC Writers Group, and practicing laughter yoga in Kansas City, MO.

For years, I have worked with and written about ways to stay connected with people who are living with dementia and their care partners. Now, I will soon be debuting my first novel, An Old Woman Walks into a Bar. It’s not about dementia, but it is about having fun as we age, finding our voices, taking risks, movie star hairdos, and delicious chocolate cake. I am most excited to share it with you. ##
