Nan Lu

As a young age Nan Lu studied marital arts under a famous master, Wan Lai Sheng who taught "Natural Style," one of the most famous and sacred traditions in China. After years of self cultivation, Nan Lu studied traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei China and then in a traditional manner under another great master, Grand Master Xi Hua Xu. According to Dr. Lu, "Chinese medicine is based on energy or Qi. Since martial arts and qigong training gave me this unique experience and understanding it offered me a deep connection to how Qi balances the body and helps us regain health.

My passion is to share this wisdom with Western society and help people understand that the body has unlimited potential to heal itself."
