Lambert Deckers

Lambert Deckers is a professor emeritus of psychological science. After receiving his Ph. D. from the University of Montana in 1969, he began a 45-year teaching career at Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana. His enjoyment in teaching the Motivation and Emotion course led to writing the textbook, which first appeared in 2000. Subsequent editions reflect his continued interest in describing advances in knowledge and theorizing that have occurred in the field.
