Dawn Barnes

Dawn Barnes is an advanced black belt and has been teaching martial arts to children for over twenty five years. Sensei Dawn owns 6 schools around Los Angeles, California called Dawn Barnes Karate Kids. She lectures at business conferences and teaches instructors how to inspire children using positive dialog. Most of all, Dawn loves to write short stories and books, like THE BLACK BELT CLUB series, which reinforce important life-lessons for children. She is currently writing her 4th book in the series for Scholastic.
