This cookbook reflects the traditions of my home country and my cultural upbringing. My book is suitable for anyone curious about Nepali cuisine, whether the interest stems from a desire to learn about a different culture, a resource for anyone who has visited Nepal, or for first-generation Nepalese living abroad.

You will find delicious recipes with easy-to-find ingredients, instructions on using spices and herbs, colorful photographs, and information on Nepali cultures and festivals.
