Wayne Rice

Wayne Rice is a veteran youth worker, family pastor, author and radio personality. He is the co-founder of Youth Specialties, an organization that for fifty years was the leading provider of youth ministry resources and training in the world. Wayne has written more than 20 books for youth workers, parents and teens including "Hot Illustrations for Youth Talks," "Up Close and Personal," "Understanding Your Teenager," and "Long Distance Grandparenting." He has also served as Pastor to Generations at College Avenue Church in San Diego, California. Wayne is married to Marci and they have three grown children and five grandchildren. Wayne also plays the banjo and has a weekly radio program featuring bluegrass music.
