Geoffrey Caine has had a diverse career path, from being a professor of law to education manager of a software company: from being in sales to being a process coach. He has worked with or been a consultant to many prestigious organizations such as Apple, Zephyr Press, and Brady Corporation. He has made presentations at many international, national, and regional conferences and meetings such as the American Society for Training and Development and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum.

His work has been used in education at the local, regional or state level in over 30 states and on every continent. For ten years he was an international colleague for “Learning to Learn” in South Australia, one of the world’s premier educational reform initiatives.

For the last 25 years, Geoffrey and Renate Caine, his wife, have dedicated their efforts to research on how people learn naturally. The strength of their approach lies in their ability to synthesize research from neuroscience, cognitive psychology, education, systems thinking, organizational behavior, with experiences of people from all walks of life.

Geoffrey’s core theme is that people were naturally learning from life long before schools, corporations and information technology were invented. He is charged to make use of and develop what we all do naturally!
