James L. Bailey, born in 1938 in Columbus, Ohio, has taught biblical studies at Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, and Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, IA. His recent book is "Contrast Community: Practicing the Sermon on the Mount" and is designed for use with groups in churches, colleges, and seminaries. It equips leaders in an interactive and multi-sensory way for engaging these remarkable teachings of Jesus. Jim is a graduate of Capital University, Trinity Lutheran Seminary, and the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He is married to Judy with two grown sons and five grandchildren.
