David Albert Farmer

David Albert Farmer, Ph.D., is a homiletician, professor, pastor, writer, editor interested in the preaching of progressive and liberal preachers in American religious history along with preachers who have preached typically under duress from the periphery of synagogue/church/mosque--notably women (without regard to sexuality), preachers of color, as well as lesbian and gay preachers. His life joys are his sons. He lucked into an amazing family of origin in the hills of Tennessee. Next, the dogs. True friends are fab. Grad students and loving parishioners typically have a special place in his heart as well. He aspires to land a role as a clergyperson to the Dowager Countess at Downton Abbey when the post-television-series film is made.
