Michael J. Anthony

Dr. Anthony serves as President of Calibrate Global Consulting, LLC, a business entity dedicated to helping nonprofits reach their highest aspirations and achieve their organizational mission and vision. In addition, Michael is a Professor at Dallas Theological Seminary where he teaches doctoral courses in leadership, administration of higher education, strategic planning, nonprofit management, and board governance. He taught non-profit management, leadership and organizational development for 27 years at Biola University where he also served as Dept. Chair, and Vice Provost for Academic Development and Educational Effectiveness. He has taught at numerous academic institutions across the United States, Canada, and around the world. Author/editor of 14 books, Dr. Anthony has consulted with numerous ministry organizations all over the world. He has been invited to serve on 20 nonprofit and corporate boards. Michael specializes in board governance issues, strategic planning, and executive coaching.
