Sharon Cerny Ogden

Sharon Cerny Ogden (born in 1946) is originally from Farmingdale, Long Island, New York. Her passion is quilting. She has written several books published by Dover Publications on Quilting (Optical Illusions Quilt Designs, Quick-Cut Basket Quilts, and Irish Chain Quilts). More recently she has been interested in telling her story of life on a farm. "Whoever Thought a New Yorker Could Grow Vegetables" is a hilarious account of their years living on a farm in Lancaster County, PA. She has also written a children's book about a DIVCO - a vintage milk truck (Grandpa O's Milk Truck), and a history of Quilting in America (Remembering - A Celebration of Quilting in America).
