As a global consultant, executive coach, and author, Bruce has worked with thousands of leaders on how to lead change in complex organizations. He has over 30 years of experience as an executive coach and has advised leaders worldwide in both the public and private sectors. His current research is focused on the future of work, adult cognitive neuroscience, and navigating the age of AI.
