My writings have been in three areas: International Security, Sports and Politics, and the Impact of Popular Culture on Politics. The International Security literature was initially on arms transfers and arms exports. More recently it has been on the possibility of a Tripolar world and its future security implications.

The Sports pieces have been mainly on cricket and the rise of Nonwestern nations.

In popular culture, as an ardent Whovian, the writings have been on how Doctor Who has handled contemporary societal themes.
