Ariel Finkelstein

Ariel Finkelstein was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and spent his childhood in Tucuman and Santa Maria del Valle de Catamarca. He attended "Colegio Boisdron" for high school and studied Biomedical Engineering at UNER in Entre Rios. One in the US he received a Master Degree in Global Leadership from UT Dallas, an executive MBA from FIU and a post degree course from Columbia University.

Ariel is a citizen of the world, having lived in five countries and worked in over 65 countries. His global experiences have given him a unique perspective and respect for diversity, which he brings to his writing.

Ariel is an optimist and has had a 27-year career in corporate America. In addition to his successful career, he developed a passion for poetry and, since 2020, writing children's books. He has written several children's stories that provide valuable life lessons for both children and parents. Each story is accompanied by key learnings and guiding questions for parents, making them a perfect bonding activity for families. Ariel's experience in writing children's books has enabled him to engage with young readers and create stories that both entertain and educate.

Ariel is also an accomplished author, having written the book "Champion Mode," which has changed many lives and become his presentation letter to live by. His expertise in leadership and talent development has made him a sought-after speaker on topics such as developing a culture of accountability, women and leadership, and change management.

Since 2018 he has been open to give talks to Middle school students challenging them and motivating them to be the best they can be.

Ariel has three children who are already young professionals, and he lives with his wife in Puerto Rico. Through his vast experiences and contributions, Ariel Finkelstein is a role model for aspiring leaders and a valuable resource for anyone seeking to improve their leadership skills and achieve their goals.
