Erin McCloskey

Erin McCloskey spent her formative years observing nature from atop her horse while growing up in the countryside of rural Alberta, Canada. Following a degree in conservation biology and continuing to work with wildlife conservation organisations around the world, several of her books are about natural history, voluntourism or places in the world that are significant to her.
