Jo Mazelis

Jo Mazelis was born in Swansea, Wales and grew up there. After working in London for 13 years she returned to Wales. Her first book ‘Diving Girls’ was shortlisted for Commonwealth Best First Book. Her novel ‘Significance’ won the Jerwood Fiction Uncovered Prize 2015. Her third collection of stories, 'Ritual, 1969' was long-listed for the Edge Hill Short Story Prize 2017.
