June Whyte

June Whyte lives in Elizabeth, South Australia.

A former middle school and high school teacher, June has also trained many beautiful greyhounds to Group finals, plus ridden her horses in dressage, showjumping and cross-country competitions. Now retired, she’s drawing on her knowledge of greyhounds and horses to write humorous mysteries for both adults and younger teens.

Her Kat McKinley greyhound series, ‘Chasing Can Be Murder’, 'Muzzled' and a new release, 'Hounded', are all laugh out loud funny, as is her Chiana Ryan 'tween' mysteries.

Murder at Kangaroo Downs' is the first of the Vets2U cozy series. It's similar to Rosemary & Thyme but for animal lovers. Watch out for the next in this series, 'Death at Dingo Creek' where the two female vets stumble over a dead body right in the middle of an elite show-jumping clinic.
