Kermit Zarley

"Kermit Zarley! With a name like that, he sounds like the pro from the moon."--Comedian Bob Hope, 1965

So, "pro from the moon" became Kermit Zarley's nickname soon after he began his professional golf career on the PGA Tour and then its Senior/Champions Tour (kermitzarley.com). In 30 years full time, he won 5 tournaments and was runner-up 17 times. He also co-founded and led the PGA Tour Bible Study which still thrives today, over 55 years later.

Now retired, Kermit is a "pioneering author of books on biblical studies," with 9 books published by 2022. Evangelist Billy Graham endorsed his first book, The Gospel, saying, "It may well become a classic." Zarley is now writing a 12-book series on Bible prophecy entitled STILL HERE. Four of these books are published. World-renowned and gregarious Professor Scot McKnight (now at Northern Seminary) endorsed the first one, The Third Day Bible Code, saying," Kermit Zarley has studied the Bible prophetically more than any person I've met, and I include academics and pastors."

Zarley has been a member of the Society of Biblical Literature since 1999.
