Phil Bowie

Phil is a lifelong freelance writer with 300 articles and short stories published in magazines. Over the years he's been a licensed boat captain, a private pilot, a draftsman, a small business co-owner, an inventor, a motorcycle rider, and a fiddle player in a country/western combo. He has a series of four suspense novels on Amazon in print, e-book, and audio forms titled GUNS, DIAMONDBACK, KLLRS, and DEATHSMAN, praised by international best-selling authors Lee Child, Ridley Pearson, and Stephen Coonts. He also has three stand-alone novels on Amazon along with a collection of his short stories titled Dagger and other tales. Some of these yarns were first published in magazines, including an award-winning version of the Stephen King story, "The Cat from Hell." Others were written especially for this volume. Phil lives in a cottage by the wide Neuse River in New Bern, North Carolina.
