K. Randell Jones

Randell Jones is editor and publisher of the Personal Story Publishing Project and host/narrator of “6-minute Stories” Podcast. Volume 4 of the PSPP series is “That Southern Thing,” offered exclusively as an ebook on Kindle. The podcast can be heard on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Stitcher.

Randell is also an award-winning, non-fiction author and storyteller, serving for 14 years as an invited member of the Road Scholar Speakers Bureau of the North Carolina Humanities Council. He had spoken throughout the Southeast on the history and heritage of the Colonial and Revolutionary periods. Two of his seven books include “In the Footsteps of Daniel Boone” and “Before They Were Heroes at King’s Mountain.” He has received two Kentucky History Awards from the Kentucky Historical Society and the national History Award Medal from the National Society, Daughter of the American Revolution.

Randell lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina after earning two engineering degrees at Georgia Tech and an MBA at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
