Noah Scalin

Noah Scalin is a Richmond, Virginia based artist, author & activist. He is the creator of the Webby award-winning daily art project Skull-A-Day and his fine art has been exhibited in museums and galleries internationally – including the Mütter Museum in Philadelphia, the International Museum of Surgical Science in Chicago and Krause Gallery in NYC. Noah founded the art and innovation consulting firm Another Limited Rebellion and travels the world bringing his message of creative potential and design activism to everyone from incarcerated teenagers to Fortune 500 executives. He has authored five books on design and creativity. His first book, Skulls, was honored by the New York Public Library; named a "Top Ten Quick Pick for Reluctant Teen Readers" by the Young Adult Library Services Association; and led to an appearance on The Martha Stewart Show. Noah is also the creator of the collaborative science-fiction universe League of Space Pirates – in which his alter-ego Captain Orlok travels the galaxy playing rock-n-roll music and defending humanity from Übercorp.
